James joined The Tower Companies in 2022 as Vice President of Residential Services, directing the operational strategy for the firm’s entire multifamily residential portfolio of properties.

With a career spanning high profile successes at residential and commercial real estate management powerhouses such as Charles E Smith, Cushman and Wakefield, Polinger Company, and most recently Grady Management, James has consistently developed high-performing client services teams to deliver winning solutions for residents.

James hails from Sheffield England but has resided in the DMV for many years with his family. He enjoys tennis, skiing and traveling with his wife, Jen. An avid “real football” (soccer) fan, most Saturdays and Sundays you can find James cheering his hometown team, Sheffield United, to victory and watching one of his sons play soccer locally.
