As the Director of Property Management, Kelli oversees the day to day operations for Tower’s Maryland properties, while offering support to the entire commercial and residential portfolio.

With her experience, dedication and leadership, she is committed to consistently providing best in class service to Tower’s clients. She is always looking for new ways to drive success through property teams.

Prior to joining Tower, Kelli worked for Wash REIT (now Elme Communities) where, throughout her career, she specialized in building long term client relationships, organizational and analytical tactics to motivate property teams, and strategically found ways to cut costs while adapting to the evolving client need. She was responsible for properties throughout Maryland DC and Virginia.

Kelli earned BS degree in Management Studies from University of Maryland. Kelli lives in Gaithersburg, with her husband Chris, their son Austin and dog Brody. They love to go to the beach any chance they get.
